Specializing in Developing Talent
Made for the spotlight.Built to last in it.
Stern Talent is a management house specializing in developing actors, models, and talent — internationally booked, personally guided. We don't build careers by accident — we architect them.
The Statement
Talent gets you noticed.Management gets you chosen — again, and again, and again.
Founded by Thea Pizziano, Stern Talent exists for one reason: to take extraordinary faces and even more extraordinary work ethics, and turn them into names the industry can't stop saying.
We are not a roster factory. We are a small, obsessive, relentlessly strategic house that treats every client like the only one that matters — because for the hour we're on the phone about you, you are.
Philosophy
Three words we live by
Precision
Every submission, every negotiation, every relationship — deliberate. Nothing sent out into the world half-considered.
Ambition
We think in decades, not deals. A good booking is nice. A defining one is the point.
Protection
Your image, your rates, your time, your reputation — guarded like it's ours. Because it is.
Services
What we do, precisely
Actors
Theatrical and commercial representation, audition strategy, brand alignment, and career architecture from first co-star to leading role.
Models
Editorial, campaign, and commercial placement with an eye toward longevity — not just the next job, but the next ten years.
Talent Development
Our specialty. For raw, unrepresented talent: image consulting, reel building, market positioning, and the groundwork most agencies skip. We don't just sign talent — we develop it.
International Booking
Cross-market placement for actors, models, and other talent — because a global star needs a global plan.
